How do I transfer my license to a new server IP?
You can bind your license to a new IP address directly from the "License Details" tab in the dashboard. Once there, click "Edit Binding" and enter the new IPv4 address. Note that you are limited to 3 IP changes per billing cycle for security reasons.
What happens if my subscription expires?
If your subscription lapses, your bot instances will enter a read-only state. They will continue to run for a 24-hour grace period, after which they will automatically shut down until the license is renewed. Configuration data is retained for 30 days.
Are there rate limits on the API?
Yes. Premium tier accounts are limited to 1,000 requests per minute per endpoint. If you exceed this limit, you will receive a 429 Too Many Requests response. For higher limits, please contact support about an Enterprise plan upgrade.
